1. Dinka’s commitment to child safety
Dinka strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users must not use Dinka to abuse, exploit, sexualize, groom, solicit, traffic, or otherwise endanger a child. A child or minor means anyone under 18 for purposes of these standards.
These published standards apply to the Dinka app, operated by Dinka Sports Technology LLC, and to Dinka’s website, profiles, posts, comments, photos, videos, direct messages, reviews, clubs, coaching, leagues, events, tournaments, and real-world activity arranged through Dinka. Private messages are subject to the same rules as public content.
Effective date: October 5, 2026. Version: 1.0. These standards supplement Dinka’s Community Guidelines, Trust & Safety Policy, and Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Dinka has zero tolerance for CSAE. The following are prohibited:
- Creating, uploading, possessing through the service, sending, sharing, requesting, selling, linking to, promoting, or facilitating access to CSAM, including photographs, videos, illustrations, or computer-generated depictions of sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Grooming a child for sexual purposes, including building trust to obtain sexual contact or sexual imagery, whether online or offline.
- Sexual solicitation of a minor, requests for intimate images, or sexualized interactions directed at children.
- Sexualizing minors, promoting sexual abuse of children, or encouraging others to exploit them.
- Sextortion, blackmail, coercion, or threats involving a child’s real or alleged intimate images or sexual activity.
- Child trafficking, offering or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation, or arranging exploitative meetings through Dinka.
- Evading moderation, recreating accounts to continue abuse, or assisting another person with any of these activities.
An alleged minor’s consent, an account’s stated age, a private conversation, or an asserted joke does not make prohibited conduct acceptable. Dinka is not intended for children under 13; its minimum account age does not limit these protections for all minors.
3. How to report a child-safety concern
In the Dinka app: use the Report option on a post or user profile. Explain the child-safety concern in the report’s reason field. Reporting is available within the app. You may also block the account to limit unwanted interaction.
By email: contact the Dinka Child Safety Team at support@dinkapickleball.com, with the subject Child Safety. This channel also accepts child-safety notifications from Google Play and other platform reviewers.
Include the username, post or account identifier, approximate time, and a brief description that helps locate the concern. Do not download, screenshot, attach, or forward suspected CSAM. Provide identifiers or the location of content instead. Do not investigate or confront a suspected offender yourself.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. Dinka is not an emergency service. In the United States, concerns can also be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s CyberTipline. Outside the United States, contact the relevant local child-protection or law-enforcement authority.
4. Review, removal, and enforcement
Dinka prioritizes reports of child exploitation and reviews the reported content, account activity, relevant context, and available evidence. When Dinka obtains actual knowledge of CSAM on its services, it removes or disables access to that material and takes appropriate action under these standards and applicable law.
Enforcement can include removing content, restricting messaging or other features, suspending accounts, permanently terminating accounts, and preventing further misuse of the service. Severe child-safety violations may result in permanent termination without prior warning. Dinka may act on information received through user reports, platform notifications, or its own review.
Information needed for a lawful report, safety investigation, or legal obligation may be preserved with restricted access as described in Dinka’s Privacy Policy. Dinka does not promise that every violation will be automatically detected, and asks users to report concerns promptly.
5. Reporting to authorities and applicable law
Dinka’s child-safety response includes a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline or to the relevant regional authority, as required by applicable law. Dinka cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities and follows applicable child-safety reporting and preservation obligations.
Reports to authorities are handled by Dinka’s designated child-safety contact. Users should not circulate suspected illegal material to make a report. Report identifiers and relevant context through the channels above.
6. Designated child-safety contact
Dinka Child Safety Team
Dinka Sports Technology LLC, operating as Dinka
Email: support@dinkapickleball.com
Subject: Child Safety
The designated contact receives child-safety concerns and Google Play notifications, coordinates review and enforcement, and handles escalation to the appropriate authorities. Questions about these standards or requests to review an enforcement decision can be sent to this contact. Dinka may limit disclosures when necessary to protect children, privacy, or an investigation.
7. Updates and related policies
Dinka may update these standards as its services, safety needs, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. These standards apply alongside the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Trust & Safety Policy, Privacy Policy, and Support & Account Deletion policy. All current policies are available in the policy directory.
