Child Safety Standards
Dinka strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of children, and creating, uploading, sharing, or promoting CSAM. These rules apply throughout Dinka, including private messages and real-world activity arranged through the app.
Use the in-app Report tools to flag concerns, or contact the Dinka Child Safety Team at support@dinkapickleball.com. Do not upload or forward suspected CSAM. Dinka removes confirmed CSAM, takes action against violating accounts, and reports confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority as required by law.
These supplemental standards are effective October 5, 2026. Read the complete Dinka Child Safety Standards, including reporting and enforcement procedures. The September 20, 2026 policy text below and its downloadable PDF remain available.

1. Purpose and Scope
Dinka Sports Technology LLC, operating as Dinka ("Dinka," "we," "our," or "us") is a community platform for pickleball players, coaches, clubs, and related participants. These Community Guidelines explain the behavior and content standards that apply when you use Dinka’s services, including the Dinka mobile application, the Dinka website, and any associated features, content, or communications (collectively, the "Services").
These Community Guidelines are designed to protect people, support fair participation, and promote a respectful pickleball community. They apply to public and private areas of the Services, including profiles, usernames, posts, comments, direct messages, photos, videos, club pages, event pages, tournament pages, reviews, and other activity on Dinka.
These Community Guidelines are incorporated into Dinka’s Terms of Service. If content or conduct violates these Community Guidelines, Dinka may take action under the Terms of Service, the Trust & Safety Policy, the DMCA Policy, or other applicable Dinka policies.
2. How These Guidelines Work
2.1 Principles
Dinka is built around a few core principles: respect other people, play safely, communicate honestly, protect privacy, and do not use the platform to harm others or misuse the community’s trust.
2.2 Platform Discretion
Dinka may review, restrict, remove, or limit content or accounts that violate these Community Guidelines or create legal, safety, operational, or reputational risk for Dinka or its users. Dinka may act before or after receiving a report and may consider context, severity, frequency, credibility, and user safety when making decisions.
2.3 Relationship to Other Policies
These Community Guidelines summarize Dinka’s day-to-day standards for community participation. Our Terms of Service govern legal use of the Services, our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, and our Trust & Safety Policy provides additional information about safety-related enforcement practices.
3. Who May Use Dinka
3.1 Age Requirement
Dinka is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use Dinka. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you should use Dinka only with any consent or supervision required by law.
3.2 Accurate Identity and Account Information
You must provide truthful, current, and complete information when creating or maintaining an Dinka account. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, misstate your affiliation with a club or coach, or create an account in a misleading or deceptive way.
4. Core Community Standards
4.1 Treat People with Respect
• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse other users.
• Do not bully, shame, or target individuals or groups based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.
• Do not use slurs, demeaning stereotypes, or hateful imagery.
• Do not encourage dogpiling, brigading, or targeted harassment on or off the platform.
4.2 Keep the Community Authentic
• Do not spam, flood comments or messages, or engage in repetitive promotional behavior.
• Do not create fake engagement, fake reviews, fake profiles, or coordinated inauthentic activity.
• Do not manipulate rankings, recommendations, reviews, or visibility through deceptive means.
• Do not mislead users about your experience, credentials, event details, or relationship to Dinka.
4.3 Protect Privacy and Personal Information
• Do not post or share someone else’s personal information without their permission, including phone numbers, home addresses, private email addresses, government identifiers, or financial information.
• Do not reveal private communications, private images, or sensitive information in a way that invades someone’s privacy or exposes them to risk.
• Do not solicit passwords, one-time codes, or access credentials.
4.4 Follow the Law
• Do not use Dinka for unlawful activity or to promote unlawful conduct.
• Do not sell, offer, or facilitate prohibited goods or services through the platform.
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, and publicity rights.
5. Content Rules
5.1 Allowed Content
Dinka encourages content that supports pickleball participation and community building, including player updates, match results, training content, club information, event details, constructive discussion, sportsmanship, and respectful reviews or recommendations.
5.2 Prohibited Content
• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or sexually exploitative content.
• Content involving minors in sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate contexts.
• Graphic violence, gore, or shocking injury content, except where Dinka determines limited educational or newsworthy context is appropriate.
• Content that glorifies or encourages violence, self-harm, dangerous activity, or criminal conduct.
• Threats, extortion, blackmail, or coercive conduct.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or scam-related content, including fake event listings or false commercial offers.
• Malicious software, phishing attempts, or links designed to compromise devices or accounts.
• Content posted primarily to advertise unrelated products or services without Dinka authorization.
5.3 User Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through Dinka. Before posting, ask whether your content is respectful, accurate, lawful, and appropriate for a community that includes minors age 13 and older.
5.4 Direct Messages and Private Sharing
Direct messages are not exempt from these Community Guidelines. Harassment, unwanted sexual content, scams, threats, or repeated unwanted outreach through direct messages may result in content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, or permanent account termination.
5.5 Reviews and Recommendations
Users may post honest reviews of coaches or related services where Dinka makes that functionality available. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not be fabricated, paid for without disclosure, or used as a tool for harassment or retaliation.
6. Safety in Real-World Play, Events, and Meetups
6.1 Dinka Is a Platform, Not an Organizer or Supervisor
Dinka helps users discover and connect with players, coaches, clubs, events, and tournaments, but Dinka does not supervise real-world interactions and is not responsible for the conduct of users, coaches, clubs, facilities, organizers, or third parties. Use common sense and independent judgment when meeting others, attending activities, or participating in any athletic activity.
6.2 Safety Expectations
• Respect venue rules, organizer instructions, and applicable laws.
• Do not use Dinka to lure, exploit, or endanger other users.
• Do not pressure other users into unsafe, inappropriate, or unwanted interactions.
• Do not organize or promote activities that are intentionally dangerous, unlawful, or clearly inconsistent with participant safety.
6.3 Emergencies
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Dinka is not an emergency response service and cannot guarantee real-time intervention.
7. Additional Rules for Coaches and Clubs
7.1 Coaches
Coaches may use Dinka to advertise services and engage with the pickleball community, subject to Dinka’s Terms of Service and any coach-specific policies Dinka publishes. Coaches must accurately describe their experience, pricing, certifications, and offerings. Coaches may not misrepresent credentials, fabricate reviews, pressure users, or use Dinka to engage in unsafe, exploitative, or discriminatory conduct.
7.2 Clubs
Clubs may use Dinka to maintain profiles and post events, tournaments, and related information. Clubs must provide accurate event descriptions, scheduling details, and location information where applicable. Clubs may not use Dinka to collect off-platform payments deceptively, misrepresent sponsorships or affiliations, or post misleading event information.
7.3 Commercial Conduct
Commercial actors, including coaches, clubs, businesses, or sponsors, must communicate transparently and professionally. Promotional activity must be relevant, truthful, and consistent with Dinka’s rules. Dinka may limit or remove commercial content that is misleading, excessive, irrelevant, or not authorized under the applicable membership or sponsorship structure.
8. Reporting, Enforcement, and Appeals
8.1 Reporting
If you encounter content or conduct that may violate these Community Guidelines, please use Dinka’s in-app reporting or blocking tools when available. You may also contact Dinka at support@dinkapickleball.com for urgent community issues that cannot be addressed through in-app tools.
8.2 Possible Enforcement Actions
Depending on the situation, Dinka may take one or more of the following actions:
• Remove or restrict content;
• Issue warnings;
• Disable specific features, including messaging or posting;
• Suspend an account temporarily;
• Terminate an account permanently;
• Limit visibility or distribution of content; or
• Escalate matters to law enforcement or other authorities where appropriate.
8.3 Repeated or Serious Violations
Serious violations or repeated misconduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from Dinka, even if prior warnings were not issued.
8.4 Appeals
If Dinka suspends or terminates your account for a Community Guidelines violation, you may request review as described in Dinka’s Terms of Service or other applicable Dinka policies. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
Dinka may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, community risks, applicable law, or Dinka’s moderation practices. When required by law, Dinka will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Services after updated Community Guidelines become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
